Usual seafood suspects commonly found on New England's North Shore menu's like Tuna Tartare are gussied up with avocado and mango with ginger slurry. It's this type of sophisticated taste that Chef Cala introduces to old favorites that makes this restaurant a consistent hit with regulars and newcomers.

The Cala's bar offers signature cocktails like a Singing Beach Martini that puts the best spiked punch to shame. The beers are always cold, the wine pour is never skimpy and the pint size drinks are worth the wait for a much coveted seat at the bar.

And Cala's is a beautiful place to dine! The walls are filled with oil paintings of popular spots in Manchester-by-the-Sea. The table tops are made of copper and an entire bench of seating is made from old church pews.

Because of its 70 seat capacity, the entire restaurant can be rented out for functions like rehearsal dinners, weddings, graduation parties and birthday parties. Off site catering is also available.

Cala's offers both lunch and dinner menus and a weekend Sunday brunch.
